DULL DRY SKIN

Dull dry skin affects many people as they age, but most people have been affected particularly by dry skin, at some time in our lives. It can be caused by medical conditions like psoriasis or eczema, but smaller outbreaks of non medically related dry dull skin is simply caused by lack of moisture when the skin’s natural barriers have become compromised.
This generally leads people to reach for excessive application of moisturiser, which is counter intuitive as the affected cells are locked in and unable to break away from the skin, so deep cleansing and exfoliation would be recommended in this instance to remove the dry skin and cleanse the pores.
Dullness of the skin is caused by the skin no longer effectively hydrating itself without a helping hand. Lack of sleep, smoking, lack of water consumption and lack of exercise all negatively affect the skin’s ability to hydrate, and can leave you looking a little dull and lack lustre, adding to the appearance of ageing. We can simply and easily treat dull or dry skin leaving you looking refreshed and your skin bright.
